    • Oblique fissure moves forwards

    • Transverse fissure moves backwards towards oblique fissure

  • Wedge shaped density projecting in the middle of lower chest

    • Density over cardiac density

    • Narrow at hilum and broader at pleural base

  • Transverse fissure moves downwards towards oblique fissure

• RLL

  • Wedge shaped density projecting in the back of lower chest

    • Density  over spine

    • Narrow at hilum and broader at pleural base

  • Oblique fissure moves backwards

  • Loss of silhouette of right diaphragm

  • Herniation of right lung retro sternally

  • Density sandwiched between herniated lung and oblique fissure
