Chest Wall

• Mass in one view

  • If you see a mass density only in lateral view but not in PA view suspect a mass in chest wall (Shoulder, axilla)

• Extra pleural sign

  • If you not see one margin of a mass density suspect that it is extra pleural

• Internal mammary nodes

• Breast shadows

  • Look for both breasts. If one is missing it may give some historical information

• Breast implantation

  • Easy to identify breast implants

• Air fluid levels in chest wall
