Findings:
- Density in the right hemi thorax not
corresponding to any lobe
- Intact diaphragmatic and cardiac
silouhettes, raising suspicion for loculation
- Blunted costo phrenic angle
- Sub pulmonic effusion on left
- Lateral showing margin of loculated
fluid
