Necrotizing Pneumonia 

Necrotizing pneumonia is seen with anaerobes (A), pseudomonas (B), klebsiella (C), and staphylococcus (not shown). They are indistinguishable by imaging studies but may be suggestive. Clinical setting and cultures are necessary for the diagnosis. All of them are rapidly progressive necrotizing bronchopneumonia. Empyema is common.
