Fasciculus Gracilis (FG) and Nucleus Gracilis (NG)
Fasciculus Cuneatus (FC) and Nucleus Cuneatus (NC)
Spinal Trigeminal Nucleus and Tract (SpTN, SpTTr)
Dorsal and Ventral Spinocerebellar Tracts (DSCT, VSCT)
Spinothalamic Tract (STT)
Rubrospinal Tract
Medial Longitudinal Fasciculus (MLF)
Tectospinal Tract (TST)
Reticulo- and Vestibulospinal Tracts (Rt+VST)
Solitary Nucleus (SN)
Hypothalamo-Autonomic Tract (HAT)
Pyramidal Tract (PT)
Note:
The Pyramidal tract (PT) fibers that arise in the cerebral cortex are just beginning to decussate (cross) here (PTDX). After crossing they form the Corticospinal Tract.
.
Note the more prominent Spinal Trigeminal Nucleus. Remember that this nucleus represents a rostral continuation of the dorsal horn's substantia gelatinosa.
Note the prominent Nucleus Gracilis and Nucleus Cuneatus. They are just beginning to give rise the second element of the somatosensory pathway, sending internal arcuate fibers (IAF) curving around the central gray as the Medial Lemniscus (not seen on this section) starts to form.
