Syncope
Patients develop raised intracranial pressure due to venous
compromise of the cerebral system. Symptoms which could be
interpreted as indicating neurulogic complications are:
- Headache
- Dizziness
- Lethargy and somnulence
- Syncope
- Forgetfulness
Seizures, when encountered, are due to metastases and not to raised
intracranial tension.
