CNS:

• Alert and oriented, mildly slurred speech
• CN 2-6 intact; CN 7 right lower facial droop; CN 8-11 intact; CN 12 tongue deviated to right
• Motor-4/5 RUE otherwise 5/5
• Sensory - light touch/pinprick/proprioception intact
• Gait-normal, Romberg-negative
• DTRs-mildly increased on right
• Decreased graphesthesia and clumsly right hand
