• Leucocytosis
• Shift to left
• Toxic  granules
• Cytoplasmic vacuoles
• Doehle bodies:  Discrete round or oval density in the periphery of cytoplasm. Stains sky blue with Romanowsky stain
• Disappearance of Eosinophils
