Ophthalmic Artery
Usually arises intradurally (80-90%), below anterior clinoid process.

Supplies globe, orbit, frontal scalp, the frontal and ethmoidal sinuses.

Ophthalmic artery branches anastamose with Maxillary artery branches - potential for collateral flow in cases of proximal carotid occulsion.
