Congratulations to the entering class of 2009! We would like to take this opportunity to welcome you to Loyola University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine.

In order to assist you in your planning, this site has been developed to guide you through your preparation process prior to your arrival on campus. The links to the left and right will assist you in locating housing, books and area contacts. Please take note of the tab marked "Checklist" (which can be found to the left and right sides of screen), as it contains important deadline dates for registration materials you are responsible for completing prior to matriculation at Loyola Stritch School of Medicine.

The "Courses: Year 1" link will provide a preview of your first two semesters of coursework at SSOM. This information will assist you in preparing a learning plan for each course that incorporates time management skills and study strategies which reflect the specific requirements of the curriculum.
