SAS's Top 10 favorite lesser known websites
- Advisor Wesbsite - This whole site is a great resource worth digging around, but we point out this page because it has links to the composite photos for each class so you can look people up if you forget a name or need to know what someone looks like.
- MedFriends.Org - The perfect site for the obsessed second year who is trying to gauge how Step 1 will go for them.
- Harrison's Online - This is the site that the M2's should really be looking at. The information in this book will make you look like a rockstar in MHD small group. Requires library login if off campus. Note that Robbins is also available as an ebook on the library site.
- Dr. Chandrasekhar's Radiology Site - A great and often overlooked resource for bread and butter radiology case examples.
- MedFools.com - A great site for Micro Charts and for Patient Tracking Sheets
- FREIDA Online - Listings of all the residency programs available. Get stats or just search for programs by region.
- Microsoft Office Templates - I apologized for the Microsoft promotion here, but I find their templates can be very useful, especially the calendars for planning your boards study schedules, rotations, etc.
- Match Outcomes Report - Statistics on applicants who succesfully matched through NRMP, includes info on board scores, research experience, etc.
- Loyola PDA Resources - Links to recommended programs, including ones that Loyola has licenses for.
- Loyola Clinical Protocols - Ever wondered how to do insulin dosing or TPN orders? Check out Loyola protocols for these things (only available on campus). Other similar useful sites are the Loyola Antibiogram and the Loyola Procedures Page.
