2017-2018 - DEADLINE DATES

• August 3                  Opting out of Peds Shadowing Experience
• September 15          Due for Students who Opted out of Pediatric Shadowing
• Pediatric Shadowing Reflection due within 2 weeks of completing clinic visit.
• March 27                 Service Reflection Paper Due Date - This is submitted through MyLumen under
                                    MyPortfolio

Instructions:

1. Sign in to the Student Portfolio. 
2. Enter the Pediatric or Service Reflection Paper.  Pediatric Reflection Paper Guidelines
3. Dr. Derhammer or Dr. Boyle will review the Pediatric Reflection.
4. The Service Reflection is entered into the portfolio so you receive credit for completion. You should submit via MyLumen online student portfolio (for service reflection only) and they will return them to you with comments.  There will be a form in the small group folder that tracks completion of this assignment.  Service Reflection Paper Guidelines, Reflective Writing Rubric
