Posterior Triangle

Step 1
Skin the anterior neck.
Each of the steps in the dissection includes more specific instructions for the dissection of that step. The buttons below provide lists of all the structures that will be dissected in this session.

Step 2
Clean the enveloping fascia of the neck, define the posterior triangle, and dissect superficial cutaneous nerves and veins.
Step 3
Dissect contents of the posterior triangle.

Axilla

Step 1
Dissect branches of the brachial plexus and axillary artery. On one side reflect pectoralis minor muscle and remove clavicle.
