Step 1
Define the boundaries of the perineum. |

Step 2
Put the cadaver in a prone position with a block under the pelvis. Skin the region of the anal triangle and clean the ischiorectal fossa. | |||
Step 3
With the cadaver in the supine position, spread the thighs and finish skinning the urogenital area. Dissect the contents of the superficial and deep perineal pouches. |
