MID ROTATION FEEDBACK FOR STUDENTS
Dr. Reed will meet with students on third Tuesday each month to go over your performance up to that point. You will have a chance to discuss your progress and to sign the mid rotation form. This will allow time to see how you performed and also allow enough time for improvement before the end of your rotation.
Print out the log data for your mid-clerkship evaluation and hand it to Dr. Reed.
