Robert H. Wagner, M.D.


Dr. Wagner is an assistant professor of radiology in the section of nuclear medicine at Loyola University Medical Center in Maywood, Illinois. Dr. Wagner received his degree in medicine from Rush Presbyterian St. Lukes Hospital in Chicago. He completed his residency in nuclear medicine at Loyola in 1989.

As part of his residency, Dr. Wagner spent time at the Radiation Emergency Assistance Center/Training Site (REAC/TS) in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. REAC/TS is funded by the Department of Energy and maintains close records of radiation accidents worldwide. Since then, Dr. Wagner has helped train the staff of hospitals in Illinois and Wisconsin with Radiation Management Consultants (RMC.) Based out of Philadelphia, RMC is the largest private organization that trains hospitals and nuclear power plants in the management of radiation accidents.
