- Hyperpigmentation and thickening: Chronic swelling due to heart or renal disease
- Stasis dermatitis

- Ulcers secondary to chronic venous insufficiency are surrounded by increased pigmentation
- Hair loss: Poor arterial circulation, Trauma of clothing

- Fungal infection of feet
- Warts
