Bleb
Blebs are difficult to identify. Most of them are not recognizable.
Radiological signs that are useful include:
Avascular zones
Thin bleb walls
Lines not corresponding to fissures
They can enlarge and compress normal lungs with ball valve mechanism
Look for them along the margin of atelectatic lungs in pneumothorax.
