- Clubbing: (seen in a large list of conditions)
- Bulbous tip
- Angle between skin and posterior edge of Nail is >180 degrees.
- Posterior edge of Nail is palpable
- Periungual skin is stretched and shiny
- Flucuation of Nail bed
- Parrot beaking (Tb)
- Finger tips: Atrophy of tip, Loss of crease. (vasculitis)
- Sclerodactily: Tight skin over fingers (Scleroderma)
- Cigarette stain : Cigarette stained clubbed fingers strongly suggest bronchogenic carcinoma.
