Hypothyroid

Clinical features of hypothyroidism – The facial appearance is dull and apathetic, with puffiness around the eyes and loss of lateral eyebrows. The skin takes on a yellow complexion due to carotene accumulation and becomes cold, dry, and rough with nonpitting edema (myxedema). Droopy eyes. Eye lid edema. Hair is coarse, dry and thinned.
