44 year old patient on chemotherapy develops respiratory failure and is placed on ventilator. His WBC count is 2000. He develops fever. Blood and urine cultures negative. His WBC count returns to 6000.
Findings:
- Host with leukopenia
- Pneumonia
- Crescentic air
- Cavitation with halo sign
