  4. The patient returns to see you four months later and is still smoking. She is concerned because she is now two months pregnant and wants to stop smoking for her own health as well as that of her baby. She's heard that there's a "patch to make me stop smoking", but read the label which told her to consult with her doctor first if she is pregnant prior to using it. What should you tell her?
