PRACTICALS

Practical exams can be a hair raising and heart stopping experience--if you let them. Each practical consists of sixty tagged structures. In addition to cadaver structures, x-rays, bones, and models are fair game. One minute is allowed per station. Only half the class is tested at one time. Memorize the back of the person in front of you so as not to lose your place. There will be 6-9 rest stations with no questions so you will have plenty of time to collect your thoughts and change right answers to wrong. The second year class sets up two mock practicals (which we accept no responsibility for) that are quite useful for assessing your weaknesses and acclimating you to the format. We have also added practice practicals on LUMEN. Good luck!
