Construction on Phase 2B is progressing well. Paint should be on the walls by next week. In Phase 2A we had surprises above the ceiling, and HVAC air handlers needed to be relocated. In Phase 2B all the surprises were in on the floor. A wall needed to be made longer because the suite is 4 inches wider than the plan. A door needed to be reordered because the floor in the new conference room was 2 inches lower than expected. When the space is completed in three weeks, I will hire a laborer for a day to hang pictures and put the hooks on the back of the door. Because this is new construction, PP&G will not honor the requests.
