On Call Meals

Money for meals is distributed via a debit card system. Funds are added to you individual account by the first of each month. Individuals can transfer balances onto your card from the card reader outside of 1366 just south of the main hospital cafeteria.

PGY1 residents get meal support from departments as they rotate through the services. Orthopaedic Surgery provides them with $144 in meals for the three months that they are on our service.

Department meal support for the PGY2-PGY5 year is as follows. The annual stipend is allocated in equal monthly payments unrelated to schedule.
