Basic Life Support Courses
Basic Life Support Courses (BLS/CPR) and American Heart Association (AHA) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Courses are offered to residents through Loyola University Health System, and the Nursing Staff Education office. The BLS certification is viable for one year - the ACLS for two years; you must be re-certified. The ATLS taken in the first year of residency is good for four years, then should be certified in your fourth year of residency. For additional information, please contact: |
