The immediate past chairman of Loyola’s Department of Orthopaedic Surgery and Rehabilitation is Sidney J. Blair, MD.

Dr. Blair, who specialized in hand surgery and rehabilitation, served as chairman from 1986-1991. He is recognized nationally as an expert in compression disorders of peripheral nerves and prevention of industrial hand injuries.
