This is in addition to the 2-hour safety seminar from the Safety Department that everyone must attend in there first 60 day. The class will be held on the first Friday of every month in the department library (3864) after the Friday meeting. The class runs approximately one hour. Please have any new people attend the first class after they begin work. Who should attend? Anyone that has not taken a safety class from William Birch in the past (including students from other departments that are rotating through your lab). Please let us know in advance who will be attending so the proper amount of handouts can be prepared.
