| Description: |
COURSE OBJECTIVES: 1. To learn general outpatient medical skills. 2. To understand the unique health care problems of the poor and how to address them. 3. To understand the health care system for the poor in Chicago.
DESCRIPTION OF CONTENT COVERED: Students will initiate outpatient encounters and will then review each case with one of the staff. Whenever practical, return visits will be scheduled so that the student will provide continuity of care. |

Student's performance will be discussed with each student individually and a written subjective evaluation will be submitted.
