| Description: | Students will see and evaluate both inpatients and outpatients with GI and hepatobiliary problems as part of the GI consult team. Emphasis is on appropriate diagnostic and therapeutic approaches to commonly seen GI problems. Provides an excellent opportunity to observe endoscopic and other diagnostic/therapeutic procedures. Involves attendance at regularly scheduled teaching conferences and learning aids. |
