| Description: |
This elective provides broad exposure to adult chest diseases and pulmonary procedures. The student will assist with pulmonary consultations throughout the hospital with direct supervision and teaching by the pulmonary attending, fellow and resident. The student will attend several weekly Pulmonary Conferences (some combined with Loyola), assist the pulmonary fellow in procedures, and learn the theory and practice of pulmonary function testing. |
