Degree Verifications

PLEASE NOTE:
The information below applies only to Stritch School of Medicine students/graduates. We do not store records for/ provide transcripts or verifications for any other school within Loyola University Chicago.

Faxes are handled in the same time frame as regular mail. Emails cannot be accepted for transcript requests.

VERIFICATION OF MEDICAL DEGREE/CERTIFICATION LETTERS

• There is NO fee for this service.
• Certification letter requests can be faxed or mailed with a SIGNED and DATED release form.

VERIFICATION OF RESIDENCY PROGRAM COMPLETION

• Residency Program verifications are completed by our Graduate Medical Education Office, Room 1742, Bldg. 101, (708/216-3769).

DENTAL VERIFICATION LETTERS

• Dental school verification letters for D.D.S. graduates are handled by the Water Tower Campus Registration & Records Office. Verification request information can be obtained by calling: (312) 915-7221.
