Application
Process
All
candidates applying for a PGY-I residency position must
apply through ERAS (Electronic Residency Application
Service). Eligible applicants must submit the following
documentation via ERAS
- ERAS
Application Form
- Personal
Statement
- Current
curriculum vitae (complete timeline of activities
from medical school graduation to present)
- An
official medical school transcript.
- Copies
of your ECFMG certificate and valid visa (if applicable).
- A
copy of your valid temporary or permanent medical
license (if applicable).
- The
results of your United States Medical Licensing Examination
(USMLE) or National Board of Osteopathic Medical Examiners
transcript (COMLEX).
- Dean’s
Letter
- Three
letters of recommendation
- A
current photograph
