Clinical Laboratory
information and test results for inpatients and outpatients are available at (708) 216-3941. A hard copy of test results can be generated via any LUCI terminal.

Surgical Pathology
information and test results are available through Pathology Customer Service at (708) 327-2572, Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. If results are needed during off hours or on weekends, you may call (708) 216-3941.
