"State of Your Eye"
With the advent of the new electronic medical record (EPIC), each patient will be offered a single page printout of information outlining the "state of their eye". This will include a list of systemic and ocular medications, past medical history, past ocular history (surgical (Incisional and laser) and medical).
Depending on the specific ocular abnormalities, the summary may also include one or more of the following: graphic analysis of past eye pressures (for glaucoma), visual field results, diagnostic test results (corneal pachymetry, corneal topography, fluorescein angiograms, slit lamp photography), Intraocular lens power (for cataract)
