Congratulations to Dr. Amy Lin and Stritch Student Christine Garcia!
Congratulations to Dr. Amy Lin and Stritch student Christine Garcia, who are recipients of the 2010 Student Sight Savers Grant from the Congressional Glaucoma Caucus. This grant is $20,000, and will cover equipment and supplies for eye screenings. The Ophthalmology Club will continue their collaboration with other Chicago-area medical students in our endeavor to extend eye care to those who are financially disadvantaged and without medical insurance.

STAR program (Student Training in Approaches to Research)
The following Loyola University Health System, Stritch School of Medicine students have been accepted into the STAR program (Student Training in Approaches to Research.) Program is an eight-week, scholarship based research education program.
