Congratulations to Dr. Amy Lin and Stritch Student Christine Garcia!
Congratulations to Dr. Amy Lin and Stritch student Christine Garcia, who are recipients of the 2010 Student Sight Savers Grant from the Congressional Glaucoma Caucus. This grant is $20,000, and will cover equipment and supplies for eye screenings. The Ophthalmology Club will continue their collaboration with other Chicago-area medical students in our endeavor to extend eye care to those who are financially disadvantaged and without medical insurance. |
