On December 1, 2011, we begin accepting applications for the academic year starting July 2013.  All applications need to be submitted by the first week of April 2012, as invitations to interview will be sent out in early April. We only accept fellowship applications through ERAS. 

Our fellowship interview dates will be Wednesday, May 9th and Thursday, May 10th. The Wednesday interviews will be held from mid-morning until 5 pm.  There will be an informal reception on Wednesday evening for all of the invited applicants, the FPMRS faculty and current fellows. The Thursday interviews will be held from 8 am until approximately 3 pm. A definitive schedule will be provided to the invited applicants prior to the interview date.

When applying to our program through ERAS, all applications must contain the following information to be considered complete:

• Application
• Curriculum Vitae (Through ERAS)
• Personal Statement
• Current Photograph
• Three letters of recommendation
