Physician Referrals
How to Make a Referral Health-care providers may contact Physician Referral for assistance in making a referral to a Loyola health-care provider. Please call (877) MDs-LUHS or (877) 637-5847 to discuss a case with any one of our specialists. If you know the physician you would like to make a referral to or to speak with a referral coordinator who can help assess your patient's medical needs, call the Loyola University Medical Center's Physician Referral Hot Line at (708) 216-2100. If you are not a physician, please call (708) 327-1000 to speak with a referral coordinator. |
