Infectious Disease
The Division of Infectious Disease provides a range of services to patients with common and uncommon diseases, including those with HIV. Consultation is offered for the following:
- Fever of unknown origin
- Nosocomial infection
- Infection in the immunocompromised host
- Community acquired infection
- HIV/AIDS
Special Clinics
- Multidisciplinary HIV Clinic
The multidisciplinary HIV clinic, comprised of HIV-certified physicians, nurse coordinators, social workers and religious support, a pharmacist, a nutritionist, a neurologist and a dermatologist, provides comprehensive care for patients, including clinical research on nutritional aspects of HIV infection. They care for more than 300 HIV-infected patients. Approximately one-third of these patients receive free ambulatory care through support from the Ryan White Care Act.

- International Medicine and Traveler's Immunization Service
The International Medicine and Travelers’ Immunization Service is a comprehensive resource for travel-related health-care needs. This travel clinic offers pre- and post-travel evaluation, immunization, and medical information for international travelers.
