Hematology & Oncology

The Division of Hematology/Oncology is the driving force behind the second largest cancer center in Illinois – the 125,000-square-foot Cardinal Bernardin Cancer Center. With 11 members of the division working full-time at the Cancer Center, Hematology/Oncology faculty provide leadership in various clinical areas.

Education
Faculty members lead various courses and regular lectures for second and third year medical students and graduate students, as well as at annual board review and at numerous Department of Medicine grand rounds. The fellowship program in Hematology/Oncology consists of six fellows. Faculty also host numerous continuing medical education (CME) programs.
