The mission of the infectious Disease and Immunology Institute (InDII) is to understand interactions between microbes and the immune system, and to translate this knowledge to the treatment, control and prevention of diseases caused by human infectious agents. We are committed to establishing collaborations among basic and clinical scientists studying microbes and the immune system. 
Students in the two-year Master's of Science in Immunology and Infectious Disease program will engage in a rigorous classroom-based curriculum and carry out a cutting edge research project under the direction of two faculty mentors. Our program inculcates scholarship as well as strong practical training. Our program will prepare students for an advanced career in health-related fields.
