Consulting Fee Schedule
We recognize that funding for statistical consulting varies with each project and may not always be available. We encourage all investigators to contact us regardless of funding situation for consideration of a fee waiver. In addition, we encourage medical students and residents to discuss funding options with their mentors/attendings.

First 2 hours of consultation:		No charge
Further collaboration:		Billed hourly at a rate of $60/hour
Collaboration on grant submission:		No charge when lead statistician has a minimum of 5% effort budgeted in the grant (see grant inclusion information below). Otherwise, further collaboration fees apply.

Grant Inclusion Information

• Lead statistician must be included for a minimum of 5% time and effort annually.
• For every 1% effort of lead statistician, $125/year must be included as a statistical support fee in the budget to cover project-related non-personnel expenses. For example, if a statistician is included in a grant for 10% effort, the annual statistical support fee would be $125 X 10 = $1,250.
