The Biostatistics Core, housed in the Office of Research Services, provides statistical consultation and services for basic and clinical research conducted by faculty, trainees and staff of the Loyola University Chicago Health Sciences Division and Loyola University Medical Center (LUMC). Support includes study design, data analysis and interpretation, manuscript preparation, and database design and management. Investigators who would like to involve the Biostatistics Core are encouraged to contact us during the initial phase of study planning.
Drs. James Sinacore and Ramon Durazo, faculty members in the Department of Preventive Medicine and Epidemiology, have done their best in the past to meet the statistical needs of our faculty and trainees while teaching and working on their independent research projects. They will continue to be available for consultation as their time allows.
