(1st and 2nd Years)
Transcript of Grades
Copies of the student's transcript
may be issued upon written request of the student. The precautions the Office
of Registration and Records takes in issuing transcripts are intended to protect
the student's right to privacy. Only unofficial copies not carrying the embossed
school seal may be issued directly to the student. All financial obligations
to the University must be met prior to issuance of an official or unofficial
transcript.
Transcripts will include only the
record of the work done while registered at the Loyola
University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine. Class
rank is not recorded on the transcript. Original copies
of records/documents submitted on entering Stritch will
not be released, nor will copies be made of such records.
