Conditions of charges

1. Investigators failing to use equipment that has been reserved will be charged for 1 hour use of the equipment unless reservation is canceled 24-hours in advance.
2. All technical assistance will be billed at an additional $40/hour. This includes any consultation on protocols.
3. "Rush jobs" will incur a 20% surcharge (see "Turnaround times" under Policies)
4. Non-Loyola investigators will be charged an additional 20% surcharge.

• instrument time - $40/hr.
• Training - $200 per individual for both instruments - arranged through Linda Fox (X63395 lfox1@lumc.edu)

Confocal 2 - please see "Description of Facilities"

• instrument time - $50/hr.
• Training - $200 per individual for both instruments - arranged through Linda Fox (X63395 lfox1@lumc.edu)

Computer workstation

• PC imaging work station - $20/hr
• color prints - $5/print
• CD burning - $8/CD

Transmission Electron Microscopy

• instrument time - $40/hr
• sample preparation - $25/vial
• Ultra-cut Microtome - $20/hr

Scanning Electron Microscopy

• instrument time - $40/hr
• sample preparation - $35/vial

Darkroom - $30/hr (includes supplies)

Orthoplan/Image Analysis - $25/hr

Fluorescence Microscopy/LM - digital camera - $25/hr

Technical assistance - $40/hr
