Room Reservation Request
For Multi-Room Event

Users are responsible for contacting all support service offices (AV, catering, housekeeping, parking, etc.) to request and confirm arrangements. See Building User Guide for more information.

First provide General Event Information. Then, list specific information about each activity of the Event. Each activity requires a completed Room Information section.
