Welcome to your education building at the Stritch School of Medicine which is equipped with state-of-the-art infrastructure to support the use of computer technologies in the curriculum. The Computer Aided Learning Laboratory (CALL) contains Windows 2000 computers interfaced to printers and other peripheral hardware. Additional computers are located throughout the labs and learning clusters for use in courses and clerkships using the Loyola University Medical Education Network (LUMEN) and other software. These resources are designed to expand your learning environment and to facilitate access to the increasing amount of information available to you through the Internet and other sources.
The following guidelines provide some basic information and policies regarding the use of computers in the building. Please take a moment to read them.
We hope these computer facilities will enhance the quality of your education and student life at Stritch. Your comments and suggestions for improving these facilities are always welcome.
